About Archie

I have been fostering since November of 2023. Here is what I know. Archie was in a home and not sure what happened but he was apparently hit by a car and suffered major injuries to his left hind leg and hip. He underwent major reconstruction of his left hip and leg. His leg has obvious weakness. He was surrendered and went to foster. Then adopted and then rehomed. I got him before he was surrendered to SPCA but my rescue female doesn't accept him and my house is upside down trying to protect him and also her. My other rescue loves him. He deserves so much better than I can offer. He loves people and he will be 4 this December. Not sure on day but he's a gift and would do best around confident dogs. I've queried his past adopters and was told his foster home had kids and cats. He's been with me and my adult kids since November. He's a sweetheart who loves his belly rubs. His big head makes him look intimidating but his eyes show his desire to love and be loved. Please help me find his forever home. My heart is breaking as I wanted to keep him but my 5 year old female is a mess but she is my first rescue and has so many medical needs that I am thankful I can provide.
