About Chewy Girl

Chewy Girl is a 4.5 year, female, brown, long hair chi/papillon mix. She weighs 11lbs and is short little girl.�%A0 Almost looks like a chubby doxi body with short legs. Chewy Girl was an owner surrender with a total of four dogs surrendered. �%A0�%A0Her sister Munica was also part of the surrender. �%A0Her human mommy lost her house and was being evicted.�%A0 The dogs had no where to go and all the shelters said they were full.�%A0 The family contacted our rescue and asked if we could help these dogs find a safe place.�%A0 As a rescue, it's never easy receiving a call that four dogs need to come in, but we made room to save their life. Per the owner, Chewy Girl was never outside and strictly pad trained.�%A0 The owner said it wasn't until the four dogs arrived at their foster mom's house that they were outside in a yard. Arriving into foster care has been a challenge for the dogs, but they are doing really well.�%A0 The two sisters go outside and are getting more comfortable in the yard.�%A0 The two boys did well from day one.�%A0 The sisters are just a little more reluctant, but every day is improved.�%A0 In the house, none of the four dogs are crated.�%A0 They are all extremely sweet and well behaved.�%A0 Every day, the dogs are coming up to their foster mom, wagging tails and getting to know the other dogs. �%A0�%A0Chewy Girl is actually jumping on the bed now and wanting to sleep with her foster mom.�%A0 All four of these dogs are amazing.�%A0 Here is an example of an owner who dearly, dearly loved her dogs, but life's circumstances changed and she lost control of her own living environment. �%A0It was a very sad affair when the foster mom drove to their house to pick up the dogs, just overall tragic.�%A0 We promise to work hard to find all four of these loving dogs a wonderful new life.�%A0 �%A0 Adoption fee $400
