About Rusty

Rusty is an adorable Shih Tzu; he is about 2 years old or so. We were told he was born with a crooked face. It does not hinder him at all, it just adds character! He absolutely loves other dogs and enjoys running and playing with them. He takes a little time when it comes to trusting new people. Once you have made a bond with him, he has so much love to give. He has such a silly personality and is a goofy boy. He will need an experienced adopter who is used to dealing with big personalities.
