10 y/o McNab Border Collie, with a touch of Catahoula (he's got the webbed toes). Great dog! He is smart and very sweet!He is well-trained with most common commands, he loves to fetch and does tricks. Loves to herd! He loves to swim too! Crate trained, leash trained, also will come with a whistle if off leash. We moved here last summer not realizing how many thunder/lightning storms there are here. He is terrified of thunder, lightning, firecrackers and fireworks. He would be fine as an indoor/outdoor dog where he could come in whenever there's a storm and be in a crate. We can't do that due to my husband's allergies. My husband is highly allergic to dander and fur. He's been an outdoor dog since we got him at 2 1/2 years old, however, he was an indoor/outdoor before we got him. If he were out on a ranch somewhere, he would thrive. He would make a great cattle dog!
