The pups had no food in the house. Their ribs, hip bones, and spines were visible through their fur. They were left crated in a house with no heat, electricity, or water. The owner, who is the end stages of cancer, and his family have asked for the dogs to be re-homed. Currently they are in foster care with the pet sitting company that found them in poor condition (Your Personal Pet Sitter & Pet Taxi, LLC. Indiana, PA).
