Her name is Emma, 7 month old, German shepherd Mix. She came from a home that her owner neglected to the point she was skin and bones. From what has been said she was in a crate all day and night. She's a very nervous/shy girl but she does want to be around people. Since she has been with her foster family she has gained weight and is coming out of her shell. As of right now she is not vaccinated, before go entering a new home that will be done.
