About Holly & Chanel

Hello Sadly, we need to rehome our sweet bonded pair of two Mini Rex rabbits, Channel and Holly as soon as possible. They are sisters from the same litter and have been bonded since their birth (May 3rd, 2021), so they should stay together. Their fur is a stunning silver-grey color, and they are gentle, sweet and a bit shy. Located in Redwood City, California. For those who are not familiar with the Mini Rex breed, they have shorter fur that is a bit like lush velour. Therefore, they shed much less than most rabbits, which is better for allergies (and exactly why we chose them for our family.) They have always lived indoors, in a hutch in our living room, with daily playtime in a large folding playpen (which we set up either outside on our lawn, or indoors depending on the weather.) For their own safety, we've never let them roam freely inside the house, but they are potty trained. (As with all bunnies, if they're trying to tell you something, they may start using an area you don't like. Don't worry, just look online for how to set them up for success). We can give you any and all supplies you want: food, toys, bedding, playpens, carriers, and even two hutches that we made by modifying actual furniture. (This allowed us to keep their hutch right in the middle of our living room - looking like normal furniture - so that guests never even knew they were sitting next to two rabbits.) As much as we love them, our circumstances have changed and therefore we can no longer keep them. If you cannot adopt them personally, do you or your friends and colleagues know of a loving home that would like to adopt them?
