Despite his age and past neglect, Panama is recovering beautifully and thriving with affection and care. He enjoys going for walks, whether it's in a yard or along the sidewalk, and loves the feeling of trotting or running on a leash after a refreshing bath. His short leash acts as a steering wheel to guide him safely, as he can see shadows and hear loud sounds, responding well to touch and leash guidance. Panama is a good eater and has a few specific care needs: he requires regular outdoor breaks, eye drops twice daily, and a pill before dinner. He adapts well to routine and enjoys the company of those who can provide him with the tender loving care he deserves.
