Where are our 'Law and Order' fans? Meet Jack McCoy - a quiet, reserved boy who knows exactly what is going on in life - this boy will absolutely capture your heart and soul. Jack was taken off of the e-list at DAS for space. He is loving, bonds very heavily to the ones he loves, and would love a quiet, patient home. Maybe a retired companion / couple.
