Tara was found living on a short chain in an outside yard in rural Mississippi. The owner was one of those crazy Mississippi types that saw nothing wrong with it but readily surrendered the dog to rescue. Nuf said? She's part husky ( which isn't an option on the RescueMe software) and is hence a little high energy at times until she runs it off. She's about 60 pounds, leash trained and very friendly.
