Ruth was left by her owners in an apartment building but luckily a good Samaritan took her in and found her a safe place. She had some skin issues at the time of Intake but has been receiving medicated baths and is healing nicely. Ruth is very friendly. She is good with other dogs too. She is on the smaller side and would make a great companion. She is still young and deserves to be in her forever home. Complete an application and come meet Ruthie.
