About Gemma

Gemma is a sweet, happy, friendly 18 month old, purebred, papered, 80-85lb AB. Came from a reputable breeder. She really is a good girl. Housebroken, crate and leash trained, knows many words, knows her basic commands. Great traveler. She was ours at 10 weeks old. Honestly she is 95% the best dog. Gemma is dog friendly too. The other 5% is ONLY with other dogs around - she is food and toy aggressive. She does not like to share or have other dogs eat around her. She will argue with the other dog immediately. My husband and I travel a lot. Boarding her has become an issue as we live way out in the country and no one wants to come to our house. Boarding with other dogs is hard at times too. I don't want her in a crate for 8 hours. Gemma is really a nice girl. The perfect home would be just her, a fenced yard (she loves outside as much as she loves inside) and someone that can love her. Gemma loves people and is not aggressive to people at all. We are located in Placerville, CA. We will be very selective to whom she goes to. This was a very tough decision for us.
