About Ithaca

Energetic female Tri-color Treeing Walker Coonhound seeking a forever home. Ithaca is the most loving dog you will ever meet. She loves people so much, and has been known to hug you so hard it hurts. She is extremely food motivated and is easy to train. She is crate trained but if you leave her for an extended period and come back she may soil herself with excitement due to her separation anxiety. She is more calm around females. She simply likes males way too much and will go instantly hyperactive. When we found her, she was wandering in a cemetery and we agreed to take her as a foster hoping we could integrate her into our pack. However we quickly learned she needs to be in a single dog household with no small animals, and she is just to much animal for two disabled individuals to take care of properly.
