Frank is an adorable Corgi mix that was rescued from Kentucky and ended up at our shelter. He may be short but he has a huge personality! He's friendly, goofy, intelligent and active. He weighs about 35 lbs. Frank is currently on slow kill heartworm treatment. Medication to finish his treatment will go with him. He would very much like to have another energetic dog to play with. He is good with crating. So many people have failed Frank over his 4 years of living. Could you be his hero?
