Hello There, I'm Bella. I'm a tall, athletic 15-month-old golden mix (perhaps doodle x doodle). I'm not too large, around 66 pounds. My foster mom says that it's nice living with a well-behaved, non-alpha Golden. I'm good with older kids (13 and older), but I probably should have no cats in the house. If there is one, I don't think I could stop barking at it. I really need a person or family committed to all aspects of my training, including house manners and following directions (i.e., sit, stay, and walking on a loose leash). I am a fun pup and an obedient companion when I remember to focus my attention my person and not get distracted I love to hike and sniff around the scenery. When riding in a car, I do extremely well in a crate and prefer to accompany my friends rather than be left at home. Notes from Bella's foster: After she's better trained, Bella would be fun to take to kids' sports events. She'd enjoy visiting all of the people. Bella would be happy as an only dog, or in a family with another dog that is not an alpha. Bella is large and tends to play rough, which may not be to the liking of older and/or alpha dogs. *******Adoption fee: $600 + $35 microchip fee ******* Bella is being fostered in the Spokane, WA, area. PACIFIC NORTHWEST and NORTHERN CALIFORNIA APPLICANTS ONLY: Oregon, Washington, Southern British Columbia, Western Idaho and Northern California. Please do not inquire if outside these areas.
