Bobbi sustained a severe fracture to her left leg. So to recap, Long Beach Animal Care Services has FOUR dogs with broken legs, 1 with a dislocated leg, and another with a fractured pelvis. Add that to the pre-4th of July fiasco and you have a recipe for disaster unless dogs like Bobbi find the rescue support to get them on the proper road to recovery.
