She is affectionate, loves her people, but has classic Pyr behavior. She will alert all the time with someone new, and with any noise. She is true Pyr with parents from a working farm in Corbit Canyon, Oregon. She would love farm life and getting to be an actual Pyrenees. She will roam and bark. She has to be enclosed for have lots and lots of acreage. She is good with her own animals, of all kinds, wards off raccoons, coyotes and strangers. Will chase chickens and cats for fun until she knows they're part of her group. Mostly, she is a pet. She loves our kids and our couch and being a house dog, so she would make a for a perfect companion for someone. She does not bark much inside and is quiet at night sleeping in the laundry room '| so, no nocturnal barking if you can keep her in at night. Pyres don't eat a lot and they need low cardio, as their job is simply to walk patrol and guard. The catch is she has Addison's Disease. She will need a shot every 3 months. It's $300 each time ($100/mo). We will not ship her to hot climates. Please message me for details. She is the very best girl. It is not a decision we take lightly. We will have to be very picky about where she goes for all of our sakes.
