About Rose

Rose is a brindle pit, unaltered, 3-4yrs old. She has been at the shelter for 6mos now. Her shots are not up to date and she is Heartworm positive and will need treatment. She is a very relaxed dog, most likely due to the heartworms. She does have the cough. She does not like men in uniforms and is very dog selective. Due to this reason Rose would be best if she is the only pet home. She absolutely loves women and kids. Rose knows sit and is scared of storms. She does pull on a leash some, but with some training would do well. She is housebroken and kennel trained. Must have metal collars as she will snap all other types. Rose is ready for adoption, but her medical will be extensive. A rescue is preferred.
