Lowkey is a rescue animal, my wife adopted him and saved him from.being put down, she was told he was fixed and up to date on shots, and that he was good with other pets and people, so far he has gone after one of our other dogs, and one of our cats, as well as barking and growling at children, he's learned a few commands like sit and shake, but we are still struggling with his behavior, I fear he might cause someone or another animal harm
