About Freddy

Please help! FREDDY Animal ID A800029 DEVORE His name is Freddy and he's only two years old. He's the sweetest dog I've ever met! He has a heartbreaking story. He's part of the hoarding case that happened last week in Big Bear. I was in the area when the situation was unfolding (cops showed up to arrest the owner) and I happened to take him out of the road because he had ran away from his crate. While in my car, he was wagging his tail, giving me kisses. When he realized he was back in front of his house he just didn't want to leave my car��%BD'��%BD|he kept trying to hide behind my legs as if he was begging me not to return him to the same place he was before. I have tears in my eyes writing this! Despite the stressful situation he was living, he was gentle and sweet during the whole time, he was even trying to hang out with little dogs. The lady had 70 dogs that were being kept in crates in a small home! Animal Control took the mammas with their puppies to the Humane Society in Big Bear. All the adults, around 50 of them, were taken to Devore (which is a high kill Shelter), and they're all at risk of being euthanized. Freddy is in Devore. This is the most precious dog that barely has had any kind of life and still managed to be the sweetest dog I've ever seen! He wants so much to live!
