What a handsome meatball. Hank was found astray by a family and they thought they had a home for him but he turned out not to be cat compatible so they took him to the pound. When his time expired and he was one of four about to be euthanized, we pulled him into rescue for a second chance. The pound staff said he is a total mushbucket. Just a lover. He adores everyone he meets and seems good with other dogs. Just not the feline persuasion. So a cat free home and this boy is golden. He rides so nice in the car and takes treats nicely. He really is a nice guy. We don't typically intake pitbulls due to the difficulty with placement as many landlords have them as a banned breed but we couldn't stop thinking about Hank. We hope he doesnt sit in rescue forever and a family snatches him up quickly. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- If interested in meeting and potentially adopting please read the adoption requirements and complete the adoption application located at forbellessake.org. Once processed and approved a meet and greet can be scheduled and if a match an adoption is finalized at that time. Adoption fee is $175 and all dogs are spayed/neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, dewormed, and treated for any known medical needs. Breeds are not guaranteed but often a best guess. Housetraining is not guaranteed but crate training is worked on with all residents. If a yard is present, a secure fence is required.
