Ottawa is a sweet female lab/jack russell terrier mix that was recently returned to us through no fault of her own. She is now two years old and weighs thirty pounds. Ottawa has a playful loving personality and is all tail wags and wiggles whenever she meets a new friend. She is looking for a family that will take her on walks and play games with her.
