About Oaky

Meet Oaky! He is an 85 lb yellow Labrador Retriever mix and 4 years old. He is a friendly dog that is a good fit for an adult, or family with older children. He does well with some dogs but cats are not a good fit. He thoroughly enjoys all the attention of the volunteers and looks forward to outdoor playtime. A home with a large securely fenced-in backyard would be ideal to give him the freedom to run and play. Oaky was an outdoor dog prior to coming into our shelter. He is housebroken but might need a little additional training. He really enjoys the comforts of his climate controlled kennel and does his best to keep it clean. Oaky is the type of dog that is happy just hanging out with you. He would love to spend the best years of his life with you.
