Poor Chula. She was brought in as a terrified stray. It took her awhile to open up, but now she is a staff and volunteer favorite. She is having a hard time finding a home because she doesn't open up to people as they visit her here. She is need of a true hero. This will be a true rescue. Her confidence has to be completely rebuilt. She opens up quickly with her canine friends. Do you have a dog that needs a friend? Consider bringing him/her in to meet Chula with you.
