About Kanan

SERIOUS INQUIRIES ONLY !!! Australian Shepard . He is territorial with his food , he needs to go to a home with no other animals or smaller dogs preferably not sure how he does with bigger dogs . He needs a space with lots of room because he has lots of energy that he needs to release other wise he becomes snippy . I dont want to euthanize him so I'm trying to find a home that is suitable for him. Because the previous owners refuse to take him back . This is my last ditch effort before having to surrender him , due to his tendency of biting when he is caught off guard. I don't know if there is someone out there that can really work with him to save him as opposed to putting him down. He has one previous owner for 6 years I adopted him roughly about a month and a half ago. This dog needs special attention . He does get in his crate when told however he does not like to be caged for extended periods of time he will become agitated . He knows a bit of tricks like how to sit , roll , gives you his paw. He is a big cuddle bug just unsure of why he has nipped and caused injury multiple times during his time with me as I am unable to find out about his true temperament through his previous owners so I am unsure as to what makes him react and bite . If anyone knows a rescue place for Kanan that'd be great. Thank you���� Free of charge just want him to go to a loving home .
