About Opal

3 Y/0 �'ۢ F �'ۢ SPAYED �'ۢ TEXAS HEELER My heart is really heavy with having to find Opal a new home. I have had her since she was 2 months old when I adopted her from a post here on PASS. She is a good, loves her mama dog. But does have some severe behavioral issues that I am just not equipped to help her overcome. I am looking more for a rescue group or foster that is willing to take her in. I cannot keep her any longer. She has attacked my 14 year old dachshund poodle too many times and after a recent incident where she attacked and killed a kitten, I have to do what is best for my older dog and me. In the past she has shown aggression towards people, only when they are in my home. She is good with people when we are out and about. note when a van a bu and le more he Also, when she was about 1.5 y/o I learned she was deaf. It really is not noticeable by anyone but me and those more familiar with her. She does require specific training though to help her learn commands. We're located in Central Austin, TX and her rehoming fee will be $100 (if there is a person out there that is qualified to adopt her.) She is going to need new round of shots soon, I have all her records.
