CHERRY Husky mix Female (spayed) 4 years old and 60 pounds Hi, I was running a stray and ended up at the shelter. I am a good dog, but I like to talk. I will tell you everything I see and know. I tested positive for Lyme and being treated. As far as all my vaccines I am good and was spayed. Please come see me so I can tell you all about my experience here at the shelter. UPDATE: If you are a Husky lover please come meet Cherry, I have been working with her. She is house trained, walks well on a leash, listens and is very smart. She has our routine down and when in her kennel she like laying in her bed. She has her toys she likes and does like grain free dog food. I'm working on getting her acclimated with other dogs. Some dogs she will walk up to and do nothing, others if they come to the front of the kennel barking and jumping, she will stand up for herself. If interested in learning more about Cherry, I suggest coming to the shelter to meet her and spend some time. Unfortunately, we must euthanize due to illness or aggression. Adoption fees are $165 for dogs under 5 years old, $100 for dogs over 5 years old and $200 for cell dogs. Adoption fees include, Vaccine (DHPP), Bordetella, Microchip, Heartworm and Lyme testing, Rabies vaccine, Spay/Neuter and a dog license. Dogs will be required to be spayed/neutered before leaving shelter, if not an appointment will be scheduled before leaving the shelter. Please talk to shelter staff for more information. We only accept cash. We cannot take checks, debit or credit cards. You may also call the shelter: Office hours are Tuesday-Saturday 9am-5pm.
