About Mckenzie

This is a stray that showed up a few months ago. We put up signs and got him checked for a chip but our cat is not nice to him and we are not a more than one pet household right now anyway. Mckenzie has been living in the bushes on our street, getting fed by a few houses here and there. He practices soft paws when touching humans even when he is being loud. He loves toys and he is keeps trying to butt his way in. He is ready for a home. I have never seen him mark like the other Toms in the area. The Toms are afraid of his size. He is huge. He wants to play and they attack and he defends. My 2nd and 3rd grader throw him toys in the yard and he really really plays with them. He enjoys affection. I said he is loud and I mean it. Think Malamute. Look up a video of a Malamute crying and translate it to cat, that is what this big boi sounds like. His bed is this cushion, he has a designated food bowl outside like the other colony cats, and his toy is a crinkle bat from a pumpkin dog toy. These things will go with him. **trigger warning** When I searched for Nebelung rescues, this site popped up. I desire greatly for a rescue to take him so he is treated properly. This is urgent because the cats in the neighborhood community have begun to go missing and I'm confident the culprit is malicious. I have found skinned cats in the alley without their heads or genitals, tails intact. We can't afford to save every cat.
