About Finley

Finley was born 12-23-20. She is sitting in front of her mate, Danny, in the picture and I would love them to be adopted as a pair. The $150 adoption fee would cover both of them. Finley is 50% Australian Shepherd and 50% Poodle. Shedding is minimal. Finley loves to go for walks, and she is very intelligent. She and Danny are learning to be social around other dogs, but they have mostly just been with each other (and one of their puppies). They are not vicious with cats, but they do chase them. Finley has had two litters of puppies, and she was a great mama dog. She has become more territorial since she had puppies, but she is not mean. She needs to be spayed by her new owner. Finley initially does better with women than with men, but she warms up to men quickly if they are patient with her. She hasn't been around many small children. Both dogs know basic commands such as sit, down, off, out, leave it. They are both very loyal, eager to please, and eager to learn. I need to rehome them due to medical, family, and financial challenges.
