About Ella

Ella is a gorgeous full blooded Chocolate Labrador Retriever (Silver) born on 5/13/20. She is four years old, approx. estimated 74 pounds. She has been her entire life with one family. Sadly they travel a great deal for work and cannot give Ella what she deserves. She's a very sweet girl with a big personality. She's goofy, loves to play fetch, eat, nap, swim, and to go for walks. She is house and crate trained, does well on a leash and she knows how to sit, stay, fetch, come when called, and to sit and wait for her food. She's a fantastic alarm system. Wary of strangers at first, but once she gets a good sniff and gets to know someone, she loves to be loved by everyone! She cannot be around cats, small dogs, or chickens since she does have a prey drive. She can get nervous going to a Vet Clinic but behaves well for them once she settles down. She deserves lots of attention and love and would love a home where she could be the only dog. She requires a fenced yard to sunbathe and romp around in. She gets along with submissive dogs her size but would prefer a home where she can get all the attention and can be an only dog. She would do fine around older kids, teens and would have to be supervised around younger children. She is in the South Alabama/Florida area. We can arrange transport.
