Keta is a great dog loves to cuddle loves attention is crate and house trained Keta loves to take car rides and run which is why I'm posting this. Keta needs a safe home not on the highway. We have tried everything we can think of but she has broke her harness tie down and dog runner and runs right into the highway she will take off out the door and go straight to the highway. She has come close 3 times now to getting hit and I'm terrified of her getting hit
