Amber is a very loving, 2-year-old Alaskan Malamute. She is spayed and up-to-date on all of her vaccines and tests. She is also micro-chipped. She would likely do best in a home where she can be given attention and a yard in which to run, as well as daily walks. It is recommended she not be housed with other dogs as she has displayed aggression towards dogs. She would also be best with no cats unless they would be calm around her as she likes to chase cats when they run, but she has lived with both active and calm cats without any incidents. She is also best in a home without young children as she tends to jump up on people to greet them, and she may also nip at hands when she thinks there is food. She did cause a minor injury once (to an adult) though this was the day she was spayed and she was being overly protective of herself since she was still not feeling well. Amber would be a great dog as long as she's in the right home.
