About Kymera

Kymera is at risk of euthanasia due to bite history. The first person only got a scratch after grabbing her collar from behind, the second was an unprovoked attack that required medical attention. However, it was a single bite. This happened after the woman got too close to my small son while they were playing outside. These incidences were a couple months apart so our hoa is calling for her to be put down. I cannot stand to see that happen when I know all she needs is more training from a firm hand and someone who has experience with the breed and the time she needs. She loves people and other dogs, However I do believe she will do best as an only dog because lately she has shown some aggression to my other dogs and my foster animals. I don't want her to get hurt or her to hurt anyone else, animal or human. She should go to a home with teenage children and noone under 14 because she plays very roughly. I also ask that she's spayed soon after adoption. She is the only survivor from her litter of 8. Her siblings all had some deformity so her vet recommends absolutely NO BREEDING! Plus, they're too many dogs being mishandled due to byb, there's no need to put her through that, she deserves more! I would like to stay in contact with her adopter to see her progress.
