Koba is the brother to Luka as you can see in picture, they are literally twins. While his brother displays a lot of social anxiety behaviors, Koba is the more leveled manner one of the two. He rarely cries unless his brother cries and he tries to show his brother that its ok for them to meet new people but Luka still needs some help. I gather that Koba i9s the Alpha of the two and separating them would detrimental to both of their mental health.
