About Berkley

We need fosters or foster to adopters for Berkley in order to rescue him from a breeder. He would arrive on June 14th and would will be up to date on shots, de-wormed and micro-chipped. He would then be scheduled for a neuter at one of our approved vet clinics in the Chicago area. Berkley is 7 years and a shih tzu. He has not lived in a home before, so we require that you have a fenced yard and another socialized dog would be great. We would provide any supplies needed for you to foster him, including food. We require an application, phone interview, virtual house check, and meet and greet with your entire family.
