About Buddy

Meet Buddy! This handsome boy lost his elderly father and now needs a new home. He was the only child so he would love being the only dog or with larger girl dogs( he thinks small dogs are squeaky toys and will chase them). He is a super chill dog and likes to hang out and relax. He has had his annual vet visit and got an A+ , and is current on all of his shots. Buddy is shy and a bit reserved when you first meet him, but once he learns to trust you, he will be your best friend! He will need someone super patient that will let him come around in his own time..Buddy likes to go in the pool and hang out on the reef,and is really smart- he even jumps in the tub when he sees a towel and bottle of shampoo heading that way. He is used to being with someone most of the time and thus would be an ideal companion to someone retired or that works from home, as he doesn't like being left alone. Buddy loves to jump in the pool on the reef and even goes for a little swim, so if you have a pool that's a plus for sure! His adoption fee includes his visit to the vet, parvo shot, bordatella vaccine, rabies vaccination, collar, leash, favorite bed or blanket, toys and when available, a harness .
