About Jasper

I have the sweetest puppy who needs a farm to play on. He barks too much in town. He barks at every little noise and the neighbors keep complaining and some people are afraid of him because of his barking. He just wants attention. I'm not able to walk him due to his strength and I have fibromyalgia. He needs a good home where he can run and get the exercise he needs. I know it was my mistake getting him and it is my fault thinking he would be okay on a tie out in town. Please help me find him a good home
