Emerald is a very sweet and rather small female Belgian Malinois mix, although she is full grown she's barely weighing in at 35 lbs. Emerald was picked up by an Animal Control Officer on 4/23/24 when an unhoused woman needed medical attention & informed paramedics she had a stray dog with her belongings at a park bench. Emerald was reportedly abandoned at Belmont Pier on April 20th, she appeared to have recently had a litter of puppies less than a week from being picked up & was still producing milk �٪%81 HI!
