Julian is my special boy and I am sad to have to rehome him. He is a foster that needs a forever home. He is very shy and submissive. He wears a doggie diaper inside but does go out and potty regularly. He does have a touch of literate syndrome so someone understanding and patient is needed for this boy. I did foster fail and will be keeping his brother so I would love to stay in touch with whomever takes him.
