About Ruby

Meet Ruby! Ruby is a very loyal Red Heeler or Australian Cattle Dog. She would thrive in an active family with lots of opportunities for exercise and stimulation. Ruby has participated in several training classes (reactive dog, distraction, advanced off leash, and basic agility), but would benefit from someone who can continue to train her and keep her skills sharp. Ruby has previously lived with another dog and a cat, and did well once they were a part of her 'pack'. She is somewhat reactive toward unfamiliar dogs (especially on leash). She is a good leash walker, house trained, and up-to-date on vaccinations. We are seeking a new home for Ruby due to having a young child and not having the lifestyle to devote to continued training/exercise opportunities for Ruby.
