Buoy is 18 months old Weighs apart 35 pounds. Microchip For unseen health issues of myself Buoy is crated more than he deserves I was not able to build a fence so he could run so he has a lot of pinned up energy. He's become aggressive towards me when I'm trying to put his halter on, get him in his crate. He has bit my finger and drawed blood Buoy has to be rescued asap. I can no longer continue down this path with buoy having to be crated and then get aggressive and show all of this teeth
