About Duck

Duck is a wonderful dog and it breaks my heart to say goodbye to him. I adopted him from a shelter 7 months ago where he had been for several years, but his reactivity has gotten too much for me to handle given my current living situation. When Duck gets plenty of time to roam outside he is well behaved, cuddly, and just plain goofy. Unfortunately he does really poorly on walks if there are people, dogs, or cars around so it has been hard for me to get him all the sniffing and exploring time he needs without a large, fenced-in yard. I have spent the past 7 months training him, so he knows plenty of commands and he loves training together, but he does need consistent recall training. He would do best with someone without children who lives in a more rural/remote area. He'd make a great farm dog. Please reach out with any questions!
