He tries very hard to please and mind. He follows directions well. He loves to play with compatible dogs. And will play catch or chase with any person. He is shy and submissive to strangers. Just needs socializing and tlc. If you'd like to adopt Chili the $100.00 adoption fee will be waived with prepaid appointment for vaccinations and neutering with veterinarian.
