Found on the side of the road, no collar and no tag. With a ratchet strap tied around his neck that was choking him. Covered in ticks. His paw pads cut open, nails overgrown into his skin. Smelled absolutely awful. He is probably 2 years old, still intact. He is good with other dogs, good with kids, very playful, will whine to let you know he has to go outside to potty. He is not microchipped. Please help find this baby boy a good forever home.
