About Tucker

Courtesy Post: Owner Surrender/Rehoming- Maumelle, AR Meet Tucker! He is an 4 year old Australian Shepherd and weighs 70 lbs. He is neutered, microchipped, and up to date on shots, but isn't on heartworm prevention. Tucker is good with kids! He is also good with smaller dogs, but can be possessive of his food and toys when he is around larger dogs. He hasn't been tested around cats. Tucker has bitten the owner's wife several times. This has occurred whenever she tells him to do something he doesn't want to do, or he is in a heightened state. One of these examples occurred when she tried to take a look at a hot spot on his back. She reached down to touch it, so he growled and bit her. The owner is surrendering him because of these bite incidents. He needs to find a new furever home as soon as possible! If you think you can provide a great home for Tucker, please contact the owner listed below. There is a $150 rehoming fee to assure good folks with good intentions. This fee will be donated to Australian Shepherds Furever for their assistance in placing Tucker.
