About BO

MEET HANDSOME BO, who certainly lives up to his name! Bo is a senior American Eskimo/Shiba Inu Mix. On paper, he is 12 years old (could be younger as he looks and acts much younger), and was born in Japan. He was adopted 9 years ago by a US Air Force member stationed in Japan who brought him back to the States. Sadly, he is being transferred overseas and cannot take Bo along. We promised him that we would keep Bo out of the shelters and find him a great new home. Bo is good with kids, other dogs and cats. He's crate trained and very friendly. He's housebroken and will bark in unfamiliar environments or when someone knocks on the door. He's very people-friendly, is active and loves to walk. Easy to handle on a leash. He weighs only 34 lbs., so is a great medium size. He's currently in a foster in Carlsbad, near San Diego, waiting for someone to give him the loving home that he deserves!
