About Harper

This animal is available to licensed rescue groups only. Please do not enquire unless with a licensed rescue group. Harper is a beautiful 1 year old spayed ACD who was thrown away like trash and dumped at San Jacinto shelter where she was being bullied and attacked by her kennel mates��%BD'��%BD| she requires an active pawrent who can give her the direction and mental stimulation she needs. She does resource guard food as she was being beaten up by her kennel mates for her food. She is very sweet with kids and good with adults. She is highly intelligent and needs the perfect forever home to make her feel safe. She will be getting training.
