About Bela

URGENT FOSTER/ADOPTER NEEDED!! Neglected, in excruciating pain, scared and dumped by her owner. 'My heart broke into a million pieces when I saw Bela's video. Look at this poor and innocent girl who was surrendered by her owners because apparently they couldn't care for her. Bela A2136411 is 7+ years old, and she is a tiny baby, weighing only 7.8 pounds. She was surrendered to the West LA Shelter, the deadly shelter in CA on 04/26/24, and has been in the shelter in EXCRUCIATING pain for 5 days now. How long had Bela been in excruciating pain prior to being surrendered to the shelter???? Bela is listed MAJOR MEDICAL AND BLUE ALERTED and a RESCUE PLEA was just sent-RESCUE NEEDED ASAP. VERY PAINFUL HIND LEGS. I don't know at this time what happened to Bela. Maybe she was injured, but look at her skin. Her skin looks so red and raw, and this DID NOT happen over the night. This poor and innocent soul was definitely NEGLECTED by her owners and when they realised that they could not help (or better to say that they did not WANT to help). Bela, they DUMPED her at the kill shelter instead of taking Bela to a vet and at least tried helping her. Bela's owners did absolutely NOTHING to help their own pet. SHAME ON THEM. According to Bela's medical notes, and please note that Bela HAS NOT been examined by the shelter's vet yet, Bela's is LIMPING on her left leg, and her KNEE AREA IS VERY SWOLLEN. X-rays were performed on 04/29/24, and the shelter medical team is waiting for x-rays review. Bela is NOT EATING, and how can she eat if she is EXCRUCIATING PAIN? Bela is on pain medication but as you can ALL see, they're not helping this girl, because this video was taken this afternoon by the rescue coordinator and, It's hard to watch because this baby is SUFFERING.' I want to come help Bella but need a foster!!! She needs to be in a loving home where she can go see the vet and heal!! Would you be interested in opening you home and your heart to this poor girl??
