About Bailey

I've had Bailey for about 5 years. She's a high-energy, fun-loving dog who is a joy to run, hike, and explore the outdoors with. However, she requires a lot of training to keep her energy in check. She is almost always friendly with other dogs when off-leash -- especially dogs she has met before. She'll wrestle, run, and play with familiar dogs for hours if given the chance. When walking on leash, she often pulls and lunges at other dogs. She's generally good with all people, and is very loyal to the people she lives with. She can become protective of her home, so she's at her best in a home with frequent visitors to keep her socialized. She is EXTREMELY trainable, so she could be a lovely dog for a couple or family who has the time and resources to give her better training. I haven't been able to give that to her recently, and I just know she'd be happier and more relaxed with an owner who could. I'm happy to answer any questions or meet up to find someone who might be the right fit for her.
