Piper is a good girl with a tough history. I am currently fostering her because she had to be rescued from a situation where she was allowed access to drugs. She is very high energy and needs someone who truly understand the border Collie breed, ideally a runner. She will do best as an only dog. She is initially fearful of people, but warms up quickly. I have not seen her interact with children, but have reason to believe that she would do reasonably well with them, however she would be likely to chase them if they run, and has given us small herding nips from time to time when she is excited. She will come with an xl crate, collar, leash, 2 bowls and her stuffie. She has a bed if you want it, but she won't lay in it.
